One fun and FILLED day...
Began with an early morning trip to the Matinee movie to see Arthur Christmas.
At the entrance of the theater their is a mural on the ceiling that Brode became obsessed with. He had to lay down and watch the moving stars. Aunt Bri joined.
The next several hours was spent finishing up last minute shopping, wrapping the last of the gifts and preparing for dinner and games. Micah and the 4 boys spent some much needed time outside playing football and running around while Brianne and I cleaned up.
Next was dinner with the Missionaries. Burgers, fries and Milkshakes. A kormylo family tradition.
Ham crashed.
Then we headed home. First we watched Joy to the World and talked about Jesus Christ. Then Micah, the Missionaries and the older boys played a cut throat game of Monopoly while Brianne and the babies played with frosting, candy and a ginger bread house. And I baked chocolate chip cookies for Santa.
Micah scheming.
Sugar high!
Check out that Happy Baby behind the boys.
THEN, we let each child choose one present of their choosing and they could open it.
First up, Jordan.
Rad shoes from Uncle Brandon.
Then Josh.
The same!
Graham got a Buzz Lightyear from his Kormylo Grandparents.
Next was Brode.
He opened a basketball hoop from Daddy.
And finally the Missionaries opened their box of
food and other necessities from us.
Finally, we put the 3 littles to bed and played the role of Santa.
Josh and Jordan moved furniture around.
After some assembly, Santa is finally finished!

What a fun evening! It looks so exciting. There were some fabulous gifts. I DID notice that happy baby's face in my first viewing on Facebook. What joy! I'm so glad you were all able to have such a memorable holiday together.
