It's About Time

Finally I've found some down time to just sit at the computer and play catch up. The past two weeks have been such a whirlwind for us, with Christmas and lots of family coming into town. 

Christmas Eve was spent with Micah's family. His sister hosted and it was awesome getting everyone together. We had dinner, exchanged gifts, then went and looked at Christmas Lights. We found this awesome subdivision, that our good friends lived in. They go all out. Almost every house is decorated. Brode absolutely loved it. He called every tree with christmas lights on it a "christmas tree" and we searched for 'deer or reindeer.

After our short little drive we headed home for our own traditions. Brode and I put out milk and cookies for Santa and we all opened our PJ's. (Yep, Tara, we do it too!) Then Micah sat in the recliner and read 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. Then it was off to bed for our little

ones.

Christmas Day we slept in. Brode woke at 9 am. Santa brought him a ball, which he had asked for and some awesome "Cars" stuff. He got Mack from Santa along with Lightning McQueen. Santa filled his stocking with small cars, socks, a tie, Life Savor Book, and bubble bath. 

Graham got a musical cube from Santa that plays music by different instruments and his stocking was filled with teether toys, binkies, socks and a shirt.

Graham was so cute. He just sat and played with the toys. 

We pilled them right in front of him.

After presents we had breakfast and played with our cool toys then we headed over to my Parents house. And opened gifts there as well. 

My Parents, aka Santa, got Micah two tickets to see Jerry Seinfeld. 

They wrote a riddle in Italian and put it in his stocking.

 It took Micah quite awhile to figure it out.

He was testing them out after opening presents. 

Later that evening my Moms sisters arrived along with a few of my cousins and an Uncle. We ended the night with a delicious Christmas Dinner.
